I expect Anthropic will come next, then Open AI, although I I think there’s a little bit of a race to see who gets there first. Both companies, um, you know, need to access a broad investor base to to sort of continue to fund their massive compute requirements. Um but it looks like Anthropic will most likely be next and Open AI after that. <\/p>\n

We are absolutely seeing an increase in orders for both Anthropic and Open AI and some others on our platform. Um, because I think people realistically believe that they will go public, they believe that these private market valuations can hold up. Everyone was watching SpaceX, they want to understand whether the valuations that were occurring in the private markets could actually hold up in the public markets under greater scrutiny. <\/p>\n

And again, we we’re still in wait and see mode to see SpaceX is trading down a little bit today before I got on the broadcast. Um there are some important key events that we’re going to have to look forward to. There’s going to be a Q2 earnings report coming out September 2nd. There’s going to be a big lockup expiration that comes in December. <\/p>\n

So, you know, I I think we have to be careful about making too many conclusions too soon. Um, you know, obviously a lot of there were a lot of favorable factors in in SpaceX’s favor that pushed the price up, but I think retail investors are going to have to take a broader view of, you know, what the real valuation and how it will settle out. Um and listen, SpaceX is a hard one. Um it’s a company I think everyone believes is going to be massively disruptive to massive large markets. <\/p>\n

It’s just a question of timing. I mean, they’re clearly not at the revenue scale that would justify the current valuation, but um you know, stocks are valued as as present value of future cash flows and a lot of analysts believe that they will reach, um, you know, very large revenue and cash flow scales. It’s just a function of when. And so I think as a retail investor, you got to be very careful. You got to do your homework, you got to sharpen your pencil, um, and ultimately, hopefully you make your decision based more on fundamental valuation metrics versus the fear of missing out or some other psychological factor. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"00:00 Speaker A We obviously are expecting Anthropic, we’re expecting OpenAI.
