Only about one-third of the projected 12 GW of new capacity is under active construction.<\/p>\n<p class=\"yf-1fy9kyt\">Meanwhile, Coinbase CEO Brian Armstrong revealed the exchange is testing AI agents that operate alongside human employees in Slack and email.<\/p>\n<p class=\"yf-1fy9kyt\">Armstrong suggested Coinbase could eventually have more AI agents than human staff, reflecting a broader corporate shift toward autonomous systems.<\/p>\n<p class=\"yf-1fy9kyt\">The workplace transformation has also reignited political debate. Elon Musk proposed &#8220;universal HIGH INCOME&#8221; via federal government checks, arguing AI productivity would offset inflation.
