Charleston Hospitality Group<\/a> has joined Anthropic<\/a>\u2018s Claude Partner Network<\/a>.
\nCHG is the first Lowcountry hospitality group accepted into the AI<\/a>-focused program.
\nThe company has spent more than a year implementing Claude across marketing, operations, training and guest communications.
\nAnthropic launched the network in 2026 with a $100 million investment in training, technical resources and market development.<\/p>\n

Charleston<\/a> Hospitality Group, the management company behind\u00a0Toast All Day, Eli\u2019s Table, and\u00a0John King Grill & Dueling Piano Bar,\u00a0is to join\u00a0Anthropic\u2019s Claude Partner Network.<\/p>\n

The Claude Partner Network was created by Anthropic, an AI safety and research company, in 2026 and had a $100 million investment in training, technical resources and market development.<\/p>\n

CHG is the first Lowcountry hospitality group to join the Anthropic program, which\u00a0was created to help businesses implement artificial intelligence<\/a> solutions into their operations, according to a news release.<\/p>\n

\u201cHospitality will always be about people,\u201d Zreena Malik<\/a>, CHG marketing director leading the initiative, said in the release. \u201cArtificial intelligence\u00a0doesn\u2019t\u00a0replace human connection; it enhances it. By removing repetitive tasks and streamlining operations, AI allows our teams to focus on what matters most: creating memorable guest experiences, supporting our communities, and building stronger relationships with our customers.\u00a0We\u2019re\u00a0honored to join the Claude Partner and excited about what this means for the future of hospitality.\u201d<\/p>\n

CHG is accepted into the program after over a year of implementing Claude in marketing, guest communications, operations, training and business intelligence\u00a0throughout Charleston, Summerville, Mount Pleasant and Savannah, the release said.<\/p>\n
