We believe this will help us become more efficient in meeting our customers&#8217; needs. We look forward to identifying how other areas of our organization could also benefit from this new technology, said Levinson.<\/p>\n<p>The EVA, Artificial Intelligence system has the capability to handle more than 1000 simultaneous phone calls.<\/p>\n<p>The artificial intelligence also never takes a day off, as the system is available on a 24\/7 basis.<\/p>\n<p>In Conclusion \u2014 Levinson Says \u2026<\/p>\n<p>We are still exploring the opportunities these advanced technologies can provide, but our initial experiences have been very positive.
