This foundation has expanded to helping sellers reach customers across key digital channels \u2013 from search and maps to social and marketplaces,\u201d the company said in a news release.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cAs consumers increasingly\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.pymnts.com\/news\/artificial-intelligence\/2026\/more-than-60-of-consumers-now-start-daily-tasks-with-ai\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">turn to AI<\/a>\u00a0to decide where to eat, shop, and book services, Square is extending this approach to help businesses show up with accurate information and, in supported AI experiences, directly order within these channels.\u201d<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Beyond these new integrations \u2014 set to go live first with Square food and beverage customers \u2014 the company says it has also teamed up with Amazon to extend AI-powered discovery to\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.pymnts.com\/news\/retail\/2026\/amazon-bets-on-voice-as-agentic-commerces-winning-ai-interface\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">voice commerce<\/a>\u00a0through Alexa+.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Soiree says it\u2019s of a larger strategy to help sellers gain visibility as new AI-powered channels crop up, without having to individually manage each integration.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cConsumer behaviors and preferences are constantly evolving, and business owners can easily find themselves playing an impossible game of catch-up,\u201d said\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/morgankf\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Morgan Kuntze<\/a>, global partnerships lead at\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/block.xyz\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Block<\/a>, Square\u2019s parent company.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cOur investment into\u00a0agentic commerce\u00a0aims to offload that responsibility by giving operators time back, helping connect them with customers in their communities, and keeps them at the industry\u2019s cutting edge.
