Meanwhile, Mark Zuckerberg has argued that projects once requiring large teams can increasingly be completed by a single highly skilled employee. Those comments came as Meta Platforms (NASDAQ:META<\/a>) informed employees it was reducing roughly 10% of its workforce over time as it redirected resources toward AI. <\/p>\n The message has been similar elsewhere. They may simply describe different stages of AI adoption. The hiring gains were concentrated among a relatively small group of high-intensity adopters. Companies making modest AI investments saw little difference in employment compared with firms that barely adopted AI at all.
