By 08:45 UTC, the issue had spread to Fable 5.<\/p>\n<p>Four of six monitored services on <a href=\"https:\/\/status.claude.com\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">status.claude.com<\/a> are showing &#8220;degraded performance&#8221;: claude.ai, the Claude API, Claude Code, and Claude Cowork.
