Mai 2026 ist es am Nachmittag auf einer Baustelle in der Fr\u00f6hlichgasse zu einem Brand gekommen. Verletzt wurde niemand.<\/p>\n<p>Nach bisherigen Informationen gerieten Holzpaletten in Brand, auf denen Fassadend\u00e4mmelemente gelagert waren. Die Ursache f\u00fcr das Feuer ist derzeit noch unklar. Die Flammen griffen in weiterer Folge auch auf Teile des Geb\u00e4udes \u00fcber.<\/p>\n<p>Die Berufsfeuerwehr Graz r\u00fcckte mit mehreren Kr\u00e4ften aus und setzte drei L\u00f6schleitungen ein.
