Adelaide’s Burnside Village has announced chef and television personality Poh Ling Yeow and wine writer Nick Ryan as official 2026 brand ambassadors.

The collaboration marks a new chapter for Burnside Village, bringing together local talent to deliver an authentic and premium food, wine, and lifestyle experience in the village.

Burnside Village Centre General Manager Jodie Kannane says they are incredibly proud to welcome the duo to the Burnside Village family.

“Their shared passion, expertise, and respect for South Australian produce align with our vision to continuously elevate the Burnside Village experience,” says Kannane.

Yeow, who will play an active role in curating a series of unique culinary experiences, says Burnside Village has been South Australia’s premium retail destination for as long she can remember.

“I’m incredibly excited to be an ambassador for this spectacularly renovated space, offering shoppers a truly world class experience,” says Yeow.

On Saturday 16 May, the partnership will launch with the Tasting Australia event Poh’s Table: A Taste of South East Asia. The long lunch is inspired by the vibrant flavours of South East Asia, featuring an immersive menu in Yeow’s signature style, with matched wines selected by Ryan.

Ryan says no city on earth is blessed by an abundance of a world class vineyard surrounding it quite like Adelaide.

“It makes perfect sense the city’s finest shopping destination celebrates that unique connection,” says Ryan.

“The qualities that make our wines so special – provenance, respect for tradition entwined with a flair for forward thinking and an unwavering commitment to quality – have always defined Burnside Village too. Great wine at Burnside Village really is a perfect pairing.”

Ryan will showcase Burnside Village’s premium wine and food offering through his extensive knowledge. Customers can look expect events and educational masterclasses that will be designed to expand their appreciation of South Australia’s world class food and wine culture.
