Police are seeking help to find a teenage boy with Type 1 diabetes who went missing from his Churchlands school on Thursday morning.
A spokesperson said Police held concerns for the welfare of 14-year-old Sunny Neil Boyd Moffat.
Sunny’s worried father, Wayne Moffat said he feared his son could have fallen unconscious without access to his insulin.
In a plea for help on a community Facebook page, he said the boy had walked out of Churchlands Senior High School just before midday and had been missing ever since.

“He was last seen in school uniform, teal polo shirt and long navy trousers.
“Police are searching the area of Churchlands, Wembley and Scarborough. He may be unconscious, if you see him, please call 000.”
Police said Sunny was described as having brown hair, with a medium build.
