Lachie Neale has confirmed his new romance with Emma Field with a kiss inside the Lions’ dressing room on Friday night.
The pair have been spotted multiple times in public together since they were first romantically linked when they were seen walking together at Brisbane Airport earlier this month.
Field, an advertising professional, has travelled to watch Neale play in recent matches and took things a step further on Friday night when she was spotted inside the football club’s inner sanctum following their win over Collingwood.
Fox Footy cameras captured the moment Neale and Field shared a kiss inside the club’s MCG dressing room as players celebrated the win with family, friends, alumni and corporate figures.

The pair hugged as they exchanged a few words before the footballer posed for a photo with a young Lions fan with Field taking the shot with her mobile phone,
Dressed casually in black, wide straight legged pants and a zipped up brown bomber jacket, Field complimented her look with a black shoulder satchel bag.
Field earlier shared a selfie photo on her Instagram stories that showed her watching the game from inside the stadium.
She has also recently shared photos showing she attended the Lions’ win against Port Adelaide at the Gabba on July 26. She was also in Perth when the Lions played West Coast at Optus Stadium on July 18.
The footballer, meanwhile, has continued to experience a turbulent private life following his separation from wife Jules Neale in December following his alleged affair with Tess Crosley.
The 33-year-old was also recently romantically linked with Melbourne socialite Mim Hoyle.
The Herald Sun reported this month that Neale had actively been courting Hoyle before his romance with Field was made public.
The footballer’s future remains up in the air as he contemplates a departure from the Lions at the end of the 2026 season.
The two-time Brownlow Medal winner has previously been linked with Collingwood on a rich, multi-year deal and was sprung touring the Melbourne giant’s facilities without giving Lions officials any notice.
While other clubs reportedly remain in the hunt, Collingwood has emerged as the frontrunner with the club preparing to table a three-year, $3million contract.
Magpies coach Craig McRae was indirectly asked about his club’s links with Neale after the Lions’ 63-point win.
When asked if his side had a “Neale-sized hole” in his team, McRae flashed a wry smile.
“It’s a pointed question,” McRae said.
“I think he’s a great player, and everyone could see that on the night. They had many.
“Logan Morris would be handy — he’d look good in a Collingwood jumper.”
Neale put on a clinic on Friday night, finishing with a game-high 35 disposals and nine score involvements.
