It should come as no surprise that the sister eatery to one of the best restaurants in the state has a fish sando of the highest order on their menu. Far from conventional, executive chef Scott Huggins’ offering features crumbed ling fish cooked baccala style, with the fish salted, desalted and gently poached in milk. It’s served up on white sandwich bread and finished with wasabi mayo. Exceptional with every bite.

A Central Market icon for almost 70 years, Lucia’s has long been a purveyor of delectable pizzas and pastas. But they’re also renowned for their glorious paninis, and in particular, their interpretation of the tuna sandwich.
