Single O Surry Hills is set to be taken over for one day by Good Measure, the Melbourne café behind the viral Mont Blanc.
The pop-up on Sunday 13 September is part of Good Measure’s first Australian tour which coincides with Sydney Bar Week, and will see the team serve a line-up of signature drinks from 8am to 3pm.
Good Measure was founded in Melbourne by friends Max Allison-Brock and Brandon Jo in 2021. With a growing collection of signature coffees, its most popular drink – the Mont Blanc – has influenced a new wave of similar drinks across Australia.

Leading the menu at the pop up is the Mont Blanc recipe Good Measure pours in Melbourne which features Single O’s Honduras Marcala with black sugar, cream, nutmeg, and orange zest.
Single O Head of Retail Dan Ceserano says the pop-up is a great chance for Sydney to taste what Melbourne has been lining up for.
“Good Measure’s signature Mont Blanc runs on our Honduras Marcala, so it’s great to have Max and Brandon pouring it here in Sydney, where that coffee is roasted,” says Ceserano.
The menu will also include a mandarin cold brew with Single O Honduras Marcala and salted honey murcott mandarin, and a momo-strawberry iced tea with Taiwanese oolong, Japanese peach, and Victorian strawberry.
A limited amount of 250g bags of Honduras Marcala beans, which are roasted exclusively for Good Measure’s Mont Blanc will also be available to purchase.
