Sacked coach Alastair Clarkson has donated his North Melbourne club gear to a charity shop after he was axed last week.
Clarkson departed the Kangaroos on bad terms, stating he and his family have been “publicly humiliated”.

So he has decided to move on quickly, getting rid of everything that reminds him of the three years he spent at the club.
On Sunday Clarkson delivered two bags worth of North Melbourne gear to a Vinnies charity shop in Hampton, Melbourne.
A host of items will be placed on sale, from training jumpers and polos to warm-up tops and an Indigenous guernsey emblazoned with Clarkson’s name across the back.
There is an extensive collection for fans to get their hands on, with pundit Kane Cornes already showing interest.
“I’d pay ridiculous money for that warm up top,” he commented on a Channel 7 Instagram post.
Fans have echoed that sentiment with many applauding Clarkson’s donation.
“I don’t blame him now look who got the last laugh,” commented Instagram user @ffrosty62.
“Bahaha I love Clarko,” added @stirling.josh.
“Good on him. Didn’t go to waste, and a supporter can go get it on sale,” wrote @MityaFy.
However not everyone was supportive of the move, with some claiming it reflected badly on the four-time premiership winner.
“Might be the most petulant thing I’ve seen. Confirms it was the right move though,” said @nmfc22 on Instagram.
“Clarko needs to grow up a bit. How many coaches get axe from their club and don’t act and carry on the way he is,” commented @felixoscar.
‘What a sook. He’s now unemployable,” wrote X user Henry Fitzempre.
Clarkson hit out following his acrimonious split from the Kangaroos, after club chiefs highlighted criticism of his management in a press conference announcing his sacking.
He was said to be left seething after club president Dr Sonja Hood said: “This club needs a coach who can coach for the modern game.”
Clarkson gave an open interview after his dismissal in which he stated he felt publicly humiliated.
“We’re just shocked, and we just thought we were owed a little bit of respect in being informed and warned,” Clarkson said.
“Instead, they chose to dance on my grave like this.
“Any deficiencies I’ve got – and you know that I’ve got them – to be absolutely blindsided like that.
“How we all feel to be so publicly humiliated.
“My mantra has never changed, and that has been to have care and empathy to help players chase their dream.
“I feel like my life’s shot.”
