Adelaide\u2019s Burnside Village has announced chef and television personality Poh Ling Yeow and wine writer Nick Ryan as official 2026 brand ambassadors.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n

The collaboration marks a new chapter for Burnside Village, bringing together local talent to deliver an authentic\u00a0and premium food, wine, and lifestyle experience in the village.\u00a0<\/p>\n

On Saturday 16 May, the partnership will launch with the Tasting Australia event\u00a0Poh\u2019s Table: A Taste of South East Asia. The long lunch is inspired by the vibrant\u00a0flavours\u00a0of South East Asia, featuring an immersive menu in Yeow\u2019s signature style, with matched wines selected by\u00a0Ryan.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n
