Lincoln Minerals<\/a> (ASX:LML) CEO Chris Wilcox says the main benefit of attending the RIU Sydney Resources Round-Up<\/a> 2026 is the \u201cdirect market engagement\u201d, speaking to Mining.com.au ahead of the annual event.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt gives us an opportunity to present our strategy, explain recent progress, and answer investor questions in person,\u201d Wilcox explains.<\/p>\n

\u201cFor first-time attendees, it is also valuable for understanding how the market is viewing our sector and what themes investors are focused on.\u201d<\/p>\n

Lincoln Minerals will attend the event, with Wilcox presenting on behalf of the company on Wednesday 6 May at 4.50pm AEST.<\/p>\n

The RIU Sydney Resources Round-Up will be held at the Hyatt Regency Sydney on 5\u20137 May 2026, acting as a forum for corporate mining investors.<\/p>\n

In Lincoln\u2019s presentation, Wilcox intends to address the company\u2019s transition into a more active exploration phase, centred on copper and base metals at the Minbrie Copper Project in South Australia\u2019s Eyre Peninsula.<\/p>\n

Key points of the presentation include the significance of securing approvals for stage one drilling, the scale of the Minbrie opportunity, and Eagle Ridge as a priority target.<\/p>\n

\u201cFor Lincoln, our objective is to build market awareness of the Minbrie Copper Project and its near-term catalysts,\u201d Wilcox tells this news service.<\/p>\n

From south to east<\/p>\n

Held in Sydney each year, RIU describes the Resources Round-Up as the \u201clargest and busiest investment resources conference\u201d on Australia\u2019s east coast, bringing in record delegate numbers last year.<\/p>\n

The conference has been held annually for more than 20 years, with the event set to kick off again next week.<\/p>\n

\u201cRIU has built a strong reputation as one of the key conferences for connecting junior resource companies with investors who actively follow the sector,\u201d Wilcox adds.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt attracts a mix of retail investors, brokers, and fund managers, which gives us access to a highly engaged audience.\u201d<\/p>\n

Lincoln\u2019s Wilcox describes the year ahead as an \u201cimportant execution year\u201d for the company that will bring a number of key milestones.<\/p>\n

Approvals are currently in place for stage one drilling, with final preparations being organised for an initial aircore drilling campaign.<\/p>\n

Key milestones to follow include the beginning of the drilling program, results, target generation and ranking, and potential for a follow-up program.<\/p>\n

Follow-up work will be conducted through either reverse circulation or diamond drilling later this year.<\/p>\n
