FC appoint James Slaveski as new Women&#8217;s Head Coach"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Sydney FC have confirmed current interim boss James Slaveski will be their new permanent women\u2019s Head Coach after signing a two-year contract.<\/p>\n<p>Slaveski took charge of the final seven games of the 2025-26 Ninja A-League season following the departure of club legend Ante Juric.<\/p>\n<p>Whilst they did ultimately miss out on playing finals football the Sky Blues did see an uptick in both form and performances under Slaveski, most notably the wins over over semi-finalists Brisbane Roar and Melbourne Victory.<\/p>\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><a href=\"https:\/\/aleagues.com.au\/ninja-a-league-finals-series-2026\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">CLICK HERE TO GET Voss.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHe guided the team away from a difficult position by implementing a clear and effective style of play which the players believed in and responded to.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHis connection with the squad is clear to see, alongside his ability to adapt and improve performances quickly.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cJames has come through our coaching system and we are committed to providing opportunities for growth from within our Academy and coaching pathways.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHis appointment is a great example of that philosophy in action.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>INS AND OUTS: <a very top of the league and challenging for titles.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWhat we built in those final weeks of the season was just the beginning and the players showed great belief in the style of football team is critical to sustained success, and I\u2019m excited to play a role in that.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Slaveski will immediately begin preparations for the 2026-27 Ninja A-League Women\u2019s season,
