(Supplied: Karen Chappel)<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_paragraph___QITb\">&#8220;We&#8217;re talking thousands,&#8221; Morawa shire president Karen Chappel told 102.5 ABC Perth.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_paragraph___QITb\">&#8220;You know when you get that bubble wrap and you pop it?
