(ABC News: Keana Naughton)

NCAT found the post by the then-leader of One Nation in NSW could incite Mr Latham’s Twitter followers to hate Mr Greenwich because of his sexuality.

It also found Mr Latham’s tweets and subsequent media comments constituted unlawful sexual harassment at the workplace, which it said extended to the airwaves and social media.

In an X post responding to the decision, Mr Latham, who once led federal Labor, vowed to appeal what he called a “woke, left-wing political judgement.”

The independent MLC claimed, without evidence, that one of the tribunal members was a “prominent transgender activist”
