(Supplied: SA Government)<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_paragraph___QITb\">The crash left her with three pelvic fractures, a broken rib and finger, and an injured shoulder that required two operations to fix.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_paragraph___QITb\">Professor Spurrier said in the moment of collision, she thought about her three children.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;And I thought, &#8216;What is this all going to mean to them?
