(ABC News)<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_paragraph___QITb\">Dragon was convicted of breaching those conditions 11 times between November 2022 and March 2025 and was taken into custody yet again.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_paragraph___QITb\">The breaches included donating to a children&#8217;s charity, possessing two Blu-ray movies with children on the cover and in the film, and possessing a book with naked adolescent models.<\/p>\n<p>Risk manageable, court told<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_paragraph___QITb\">Over two days of hearings earlier this year, the Supreme Court of WA was tasked with determining whether Dragon should remain in detention or be released on an amended supervision order.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_paragraph___QITb\">The court heard from three expert witnesses, including consultant psychiatrist Dr Wynn Owen, who was of the opinion any risk posed by Dragon could be managed in the community under a supervision order.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"onvicted Australian paedophile Bradley Pendragon\" class=\"Image_image__5tFYM ContentImage_image__DQ_cq\"  src=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/australia\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/4abc4c41d501ec58e9b212cdd6b3256d.jpeg\" loading=\"lazy\" data-component=\"Image\" data-lazy=\"true\"\/><\/p>\n<p class=\"Typography_base__sj2RP FigureCaption_text__zDxQ5 Typography_sizeMobile12__w_FPC Typography_lineHeightMobile20___U7Vr Typography_regular__WeIG6 Typography_colourInherit__dfnUx\" data-component=\"Typography\">Dragon served a 13-year jail term in Thailand for sexually assaulting a teenage girl.
