The ever-changing menu champions seasonal produce through generous share plates, house-made pickles, excellent pasta and focaccia (and the wines are crisp, juicy and delicious).\u00a0<\/p>\n Castlemaine also boasts one of regional Victoria’s most acclaimed dining experiences – Bar Midland<\/a>. Here you\u2019ll find a deeply innovative menu using hyper-local ingredients – nothing grown, produced or made outside Victoria is used.<\/p>\n Origini<\/a> (pictured above) is a family-run Italian institution serving comforting classics in a cosy, welcoming space.
