rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Tapt Media has appointed<\/a> Siobhain Ryan as Station Manager for 4BC, strengthening its local leadership in the Brisbane market.<\/p>\n<p>Ryan will be responsible for building 4BC\u2019s presence in Brisbane.<\/p>\n<p>Her remit includes driving local content, expanding partnerships, securing new business opportunities and working with local decision-makers to keep the station connected to the community.<\/p>\n<p>Tapt Media on the appointment<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.mediaweek.com.au\/tom-malone-tapt-media-radio-next-phase\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Tapt Media CEO Tom Malone<\/a> said Ryan\u2019s local knowledge would support 4BC\u2019s growth.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAs a Brisbane local, Shiv thoroughly understands the city\u2019s cultural landscape,\u201d Malone said.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHer strong local pedigree will ensure 4BC remains deeply connected to its community and focused on what matters most to Brisbane listeners.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Ryan brings 17 years of industry experience, having worked across the Brisbane market with Nine, SCA and ARN.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" full-circle moment in her career.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI first walked into 4BC as a teenager and was hooked from day one, working my way up through roles in work experience, producing, and content management,\u201d Ryan said.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cTo now take on the role of Station Manager is a great honour.<\/p>\n<p>\u201c4BC is a heritage brand in our city, and I look forward to growing the station and delivering for our audience.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cCommercial talk radio has a massive part to play in shaping Brisbane, and I am excited to lead the team as we head towards milestone events like the
