Viral Australian Olympian Rachael Gunn<\/a> \u2014 yes, we know her as the breakdancing Raygun<\/a> \u2014 says she is very concerned about the education system after losing her job as a pop culture lecturer at Sydney\u2019s Macquarie University.<\/p>\n

As dramatic cuts rip through the university\u2019s arts department, Gunn took a voluntary redundancy, and now says there needs to be \u201cserious conversation about higher education in this country\u201d.<\/p>\n

Speaking to the Sydney Morning Herald<\/a>, Gunn said she was now \u201cvery worried\u201d for her academic colleagues.<\/p>\n

\u201cI don\u2019t think that things are getting better for them,\u201d Gunn said.<\/p>\n

Gunn reportedly has concerns around the \u201cpsychosocial hazards facing staff\u201d and has also flagged issues with the wages of executives and money spent on consultants.<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, the 38-year-old, is moving on and hoping to cash in on her profile, which soared following the Paris Olympics when she represented Australia as a breaker.<\/p>\n

While she was ridiculed around the globe<\/a> following her performance, her signature kangaroo move made her a household name.<\/p>\n

Now, on her Instagram overnight, she has added a link to her new website, dropping the news about the site in her Insta story with the words, \u201cIt\u2019s official\u201d.<\/p>\n

The homepage of the website features a picture of Gunn in a spinning wheel, and when navigating the site a user\u2019s cursor appears in shape of Gunn\u2019s famous kangaroo stance (rather than the traditional arrow).<\/p>\n

Gunn is now open for bookings as a guest speaker, host, or \u201cconversation starter\u201d, or you can hire her for a \u201cfireside chat\u201d.<\/p>\n
