The transaction, completed by The Generation Essentials Group (TGE), a subsidiary of AMTD Digital Inc, involved a total consideration of A$100 million (US$72 million).<\/p>\n

The hotel features 205 luxury rooms, a restaurant, lounges, a bar, a spa, an infinity pool, a fitness centre, and versatile event spaces.
