Jake Hollman has come \u201chome\u201d to Sydney FC.<\/p>\n
The former Australian under-23 international has signed a three-year deal with the Sky Blues after a season in the UK with English League Two (fourth-tier) club Walsall.<\/p>\n
\u201cComing back to Sydney FC feels like coming home,\u201d said Hollman, who played youth team football for the Sky Blues before an five-season stint with Macarthur FC, where he won two Australia Cups. <\/p>\n
\u201c(Sydney) is the club where I developed as a player and as a person. I have so many great memories from my academy years and winning the National Youth League grand final with a fantastic group of players. <\/p>\n
\u201cI\u2019ve learned a lot over the past few years, both in the A-League and during my time in England, and I feel I\u2019m returning a better player with a lot more experience.<\/p>\n
\u201cSydney FC has always been a club that expects success and that\u2019s exactly the environment I want to be in. I can\u2019t wait to pull on the Sky Blue jersey again and get started.\u201d <\/p>\n
Hollman\u2019s return to the Sky Blues comes hot on the heels of Sydney\u2019s confirmation that his younger brother Corey, also a midfielder, would not be returning to the club next season following the expiration of his contract.<\/p>\n
Jake Hollman will also re-united with Sky Blues mentor Patrick Kisnorbo, who coached the now 24-year-old midfielder when he was in charge of the A-League All-Stars in 2024.<\/p>\n
