It\u2019s on the menu at popular city haunt Fugazzi, part of MasterChef champion Laura Sharrad\u2019s successful stable of restaurants.<\/p>\n<p>It will set you back $159, and when a young local woman ordered it without consulting the man she had assumed would pay for it, there was to be no second date.<\/p>\n<p>Joining the likes of Fugazzi in South Australia\u2019s extravagant dining space is <a class=\"body-link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.adelaidenow.com.au\/lifestyle\/food-wine\/inside-restaurant-aptos-the-adelaide-hills-venue-from-chef-justin-james-with-a-495-menu\/news-story\/a36aacb31089a1d78ac77f212dcb4e8c\" title=\"www.adelaidenow.com.au\" data-tgev=\"event119\" data-tgev-container=\"bodylink\" data-tgev-order=\"a36aacb31089a1d78ac77f212dcb4e8c\" data-tgev-label=\"lifestyle\" data-tgev-metric=\"ev\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Restaurant Aptos, which opened in Stirling last month<\/a> with world-renowned chef Justin James at the helm.<\/p>\n<p>The restaurant welcomes just 14 guests per sitting, travelling through three dining rooms. <\/p>\n<p>The 16-course tasting menu is $495 dollars per person, with drinks at an additional cost.<\/p>\n<p>Chef James left Restaurant Botanic to pursue this new venture, handing over the reins to Jamie Musgrave. <\/p>\n<p>The tasting menu there promises to take diners on a journey through the country\u2019s diverse flavours, complemented by botanicals handpicked from the 51-hectare garden that surrounds them.
