Both teams are under strength given their heavy State of Origin representation, but the Tricolours will hand an NRL debut to young gun Rex Bassingthwaighte.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Bassingthwaite, a former schoolboy rugby star, was man of the match in this year’s SG Ball grand final and has been earmarked as the long-term replacement for Roosters skipper James Tedesco.\u00a0<\/p>\n
