Brisbane\u2019s whiteboard notes which contained brutal assessments of Bombers players were published online on Friday.<\/p>\n

Channel 7\u2019s Mitch Cleary reported that photos of the whiteboard were posted on a social media fan page.<\/p>\n

\u201cMy kid did Auskick at the Lions\u2019 Brighton Arena … look what I come (sic) across,\u201d the person who shared the photos posted along with a laughing face emoji.<\/p>\n

It is unclear who wrote the notes, but they contained Essendon\u2019s players\u2019 strengths and weaknesses.<\/p>\n

For example, former Bombers skipper Zach Merrett\u2019s strengths include \u201ckicking, licence and pressure\u201d but he was also deemed \u201cselfish\u201d in his weaknesses.<\/p>\n

Kyle Langford was also labelled \u201cselfish\u201d.<\/p>\n

Other weaknesses included midfielder Sam Durham being perceived as a \u201chot head\u201d, while next to captain Andrew McGrath\u2019s name was \u201ckicking cough up\u201d.<\/p>\n

Darcy Parish was said to \u201ccough up under pressure\u201d, while former Lion Jaxon Prior was listed as having \u201cno right foot\u201d.<\/p>\n

Perhaps in even more brutal move, Ben McKay, Elijah Tsatas and Archer May all had nothing written in their strengths box.<\/p>\n

The photos were posted in an Essendon supporters group on Facebook, but have since been deleted with the Lions aware of the images being shared.<\/p>\n

Channel 7 confirmed the legitimacy of the photos after the Lions earlier in the week warned fans about AI-created fake content.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe just wanted to bring to your attention a number of fake\/ AI Facebook pages that are posted fake stories regarding our players,\u201d the Lions said in a statement.<\/p>\n

\u201cPlease stay vigilant online to misinformation \u2014 some of these stories are regarding real news events and falsely involving our playing group, and also impacting the lives of the players families.<\/p>\n

STAR SAINT\u2019S CONCERNING BLOW<\/p>\n

In just his second match back at VFL level, Max King left the field with a suspected hamstring injury on Saturday.<\/p>\n

Playing for St Kilda\u2019s reserves against Carlton\u2019s reserves at Ikon Park, King left the field in the first half.<\/p>\n

The 25-year-old, who last played at AFL level in Round 17, 2024, grabbed at his left hamstring after taking a mark on the lead.<\/p>\n

King kicked two goals and took five marks before leaving the ground.<\/p>\n

The injury-plagued key forward was goalless and registered just four disposals in his VFL comeback last week.<\/p>\n

But just getting through the game unscathed was a win for King and the Saints.<\/p>\n

St Kilda coach Ross Lyon said during the week that the club was \u201cthrilled\u201d that their spearhead, who is contracted until 2032, was on the comeback trail.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe\u2019re actually thrilled that he\u2019s out there, he\u2019s really confident in himself and his ability to contribute,\u201d Lyon said.<\/p>\n

\u201cHe would\u2019ve played (AFL) last week, to be honest, if he could pick the team.<\/p>\n

\u201cSo that\u2019s great, but we have got people at the moment in form.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe\u2019ll just keep working with Max.
