(ABC News: Olivana Lathouris)<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_paragraph___QITb\">Chief Minister Lia Finocchiaro said Senior Constable Parfitt had displayed &#8220;total selflessness and great courage&#8221; on that day.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_paragraph___QITb\">&#8220;He stood above and beyond the call of duty.
