{"id":43223,"date":"2026-07-03T00:19:07","date_gmt":"2026-07-03T00:19:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/australia\/43223\/"},"modified":"2026-07-03T00:19:07","modified_gmt":"2026-07-03T00:19:07","slug":"pirate-life-brewing-named-official-beer-partner-of-perth-wildcats","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/australia\/43223\/","title":{"rendered":"Pirate Life Brewing named official beer partner of Perth Wildcats"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>From 2027, Pirate Life Brewing will become the official beer partner of NBL team, the Perth Wildcats.<\/p>\n<p>The multi-year deal will also see the brewery\u2019s Perth venue serve as the Wildcat\u2019s official game-day venue.<\/p>\n<p>Founded in Adelaide by Perth brewers Jack Cameron and Jared \u2018Red\u2019 Proudfoot in 2014, Pirate Life has grown into a brand recognised across Australia.<\/p>\n<p>After making their mark in the country\u2019s south, Pirate Life returned to Western Australia in 2021 with the opening of Pirate Life Perth \u2013 a multi-level brewery, bar and restaurant, created by Pirate Life and Sneakers &amp; Jeans CEO Andy Freeman.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe Perth Wildcats are one of the city\u2019s most iconic sporting organisations, with an amazing team and an incredibly passionate and loyal fan base,\u201d said Freeman<\/p>\n<p>\u201cPartnering with a club like the Wildcats felt like a natural fit for Pirate Life Perth \u2013 we\u2019re both passionate about bringing people together and creating memorable experiences for our community.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Five years later, Pirate Life Perth will be bringing the game-day experience, with exclusive member benefits, game-day activations, away-game events alongside the return of the Wildcats marching band.<\/p>\n<p>Freeman told Beer &amp; Brewer: \u201cHaving our venue at 440 Murray Street become a home for Wildcats hospitality is something we\u2019re really excited about. From hosting the Red Army before every home game, to offering exclusive member benefits and shaping the wider game day experience.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis partnership is about adding real value for fans and building on the energy that already exists around the club. We want Pirate Life Perth to be the place where fans, families and members come together, with the atmosphere starting well before tip-off. We\u2019ve loved working with the Wildcats team so far and are excited about what\u2019s to come.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Perth Wildcats Owner Mark Arena added that the partnership was designed to truly enhance the full game-day experience.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cPirate Life Perth have really embraced this partnership and what it can become for our members and fans. This is about creating a proper game-day home for the Red Army and giving our members more ways to connect with the club and each other.<\/p>\n<p>\u201c[It] is a fantastic venue close to RAC Arena, and we see it becoming a real meeting point for Wildcats fans across the season, whether that\u2019s before a home game, after a big win, or while watching the team on the road,\u201d Arena stated.<\/p>\n<p>Freeman said the venue is looking forward to playing a genuine role in bringing the partnership to life, with the return of the Wildcats marching band especially exciting.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cBringing back the marching band is something we\u2019ve really championed because we know how much it means to the members. The return of the marching band is just the beginning.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWith a live marching band leading the way from Pirate Life Perth to the RAC arena, our goal is for it to become part of the game day ritual, and something the city really gets behind.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe want to make the build-up to game day bigger than ever and help create traditions that become part of what it means to be a Wildcats supporter,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>He also noted that the brewery is looking to extend that experience in terms of food and beverage, with plans underway for a special brew.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe\u2019re also looking forward to giving the Red Army a few special reasons to visit us throughout the season, including the exclusive Wildcats Burger, complete with the Wildcats logo branded on top.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cPirate Life and the Perth Wildcats have plenty of exciting things planned for the season, with more details on these collaborations to be revealed as we get closer to the first game.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Member benefits at Pirate Life Perth<\/p>\n<p>As part of the partnership, Wildcats members will receive access to a range of benefits at Pirate Life Perth throughout the year.<\/p>\n<p>Members can access the Wildcats burger and pint deal, with a burger and pint or wine available for $25.<\/p>\n<p>The offer is available any day of the week, year-round, by showing a valid Wildcats membership card.<\/p>\n<p>Pirate Life Perth will also launch its \u201cWe Win, You Win\u201d game-day offer, giving eligible members the chance to receive a complimentary drink when the Wildcats win.<\/p>\n<p>Vouchers will be available in venue before and during game days, whether fans are heading in after a home game at RAC Arena or gathering to watch an away game at the venue.<\/p>\n<p>To celebrate their birthday month, members can also receive a complimentary charcuterie board (valued at $100), available during any visit in their birthday month with a valid Wildcats membership.<\/p>\n<p>The venue will also have packages for members planning corporate events, with 15 per cent off food and beverage for functions of 20 or more guests as well as 20 per cent off brewery tours, usually valued at $65 per person. <\/p>\n<p>Further details on the members-only event will be shared directly with Perth Wildcats members.<\/p>\n<p>\n\tRelated<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"From 2027, Pirate Life Brewing will become the official beer partner of NBL team, the Perth Wildcats.
