(Supplied: Transurban)<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_paragraph___QITb\">Mr Jackson said the issue had been traced to Linkt&#8217;s systems incorrectly identifying the classification of vehicles, where different sized vehicles are charged different amounts.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_paragraph___QITb\">&#8220;We&#8217;ve identified about 90,000 vehicles that have been incorrectly classified to some degree,&#8221; he said.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;To put this sort of matter into context, this issue impacts less than 1 per cent of trips.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_paragraph___QITb\">Mr Jackson said the company would both be issuing full refunds adjusted for inflation, and providing a compensation payment for affected drivers.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_paragraph___QITb\">&#8220;Customers don&#8217;t need to do anything.
