A landmark Brisbane home built in the 1920s as a community hall, complete with its original stage, has hit the market for the first time in nearly 20 years.<\/p>\n

Owner Jennifer St George and her husband bought the property in 2007, drawn to its history, architecture and one-of-a-kind feel.<\/p>\n
\u201cWe\u2019ve always loved heritage buildings, but this one was different,\u201d Ms St George said.<\/p>\n
\u201cThe moment we walked in, we knew it was the one. <\/p>\n
\u201cThe light is beautiful all day, the ceilings are incredible and there\u2019s just a feeling about the place that you can\u2019t explain.\u201d<\/p>\n
