The pub closed its doors back in February 2019 following Mr Rose\u2019s death, with his children Steve, Dave and Gabby launching a garage sale of sporting memorabilia, bar paraphernalia and promotional gear. <\/p>\n
After hitting the end of the long-term lease, the venue was picked up by GM Hotels Group only a month later. <\/p>\n
Led by managing director Greg Maitland, the iconic venue underwent a full revamp including a name change, known as The Rosey, with fresh colours and signage adorning a new look fit-out. <\/p>\n
