Police have charged a Brisbane man with 150 offences after an investigation into alleged hidden cameras uncovered 24 alleged victims across South East Queensland.<\/p>\n
The case began in April when detectives were called after a covert camera was found in a unisex bathroom at a trucking warehouse in Redbank.<\/p>\n
A three-month investigation then allegedly led officers to more devices and hard drives at a Sunnybank Hills home.<\/p>\n
After reviewing CCTV and other evidence over that period, police executed a search warrant at a Sunnybank Hills address on July 21.<\/p>\n
Investigators allegedly found multiple hard drives and additional covert cameras.<\/p>\n
In total, police said they identified 24 alleged victims who had been recorded.<\/p>\n
A 34-year-old Sunnybank Hills man has now been charged with 148 counts of breach of privacy and two counts of stalking.<\/p>\n
He is due to appear before Richlands Magistrates Court on September 2.<\/p>\n
Police footage shows officers searching the man\u2019s home and locating what appear to be computer storage devices. <\/p>\n
The man, wearing a high-vis jumper, is seen in handcuffs on a couch before being led to the back of a police car.<\/p>\n
Police have urged anyone with information to contact them directly or report anonymously through Crime Stoppers. <\/p>\n
