To ensure a close connection to the local football community, a key component of the rollout is partnering with Tigers FC, to ensure there is ongoing local support to all players.<\/p>\n<p>Open for both boys and girls aged\u00a0seven\u00a0to 13, the key features of the Melbourne Victory PAC are:\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The\u00a0PAC\u00a0will\u00a0operate\u00a0as a weekly training program, delivered from the Australian Institute of Sport (AIS) on Friday evenings.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Overseen by Victory\u2019s Football Pathway\u2019s\u00a0Manager, AFC Pro-Diploma\u00a0coach, Gareth Turnbull.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Designed to focus on high-level technical development, aligned closely with Melbourne Victory\u2019s established Academy curriculum.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The PAC\u00a0represents\u00a0a critical stage within the Club\u2019s talent pathway, providing a direct link into Victory\u2019s NPL Academy programs for both boys and girls.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Participants will\u00a0benefit\u00a0from ongoing training and match opportunities, with additional exposure through tour invitations and future identification prospects within the Club\u2019s elite development system.<\/p>\n<p>Player selection for the PAC\u00a0will be conducted through a dedicated identification day, with participants nominated from local clubs.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Melbourne Victory\u00a0Football Pathways Manager, Gareth Turnbull:\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe Club is committed to supporting talented players in the Canberra region by creating a clear and structured pathway into an A-League academy environment.
