(ABC News: Sean Tarek Goodwin)<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_paragraph___QITb\">On Monday, Mr Tudehope is likely to be asked whether he had any knowledge or suspicion of these alleged payments.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_paragraph___QITb\">Such questions are often fact-finding exercises and are not allegations, but Mr Tudehope&#8217;s association with the Reformers could make for an uncomfortable day in the witness box.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_paragraph___QITb\">Ms Sloane describes Mr Tudehope as a &#8220;man of integrity&#8221; whom she would welcome back into her shadow cabinet when the time is right.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_paragraph___QITb\">The speed with which he returns to the frontbench will largely depend on his performance on Monday.<\/p>\n<p>Catching curveballs<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_paragraph___QITb\">While Ms Sloane may have hoped Mr Tudehope&#8217;s early resignation would help neutralise controversy during the first week of ICAC, she wasn&#8217;t prepared for the evidence concerning shadow industry minister, Eleni Petinos.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_paragraph___QITb\">Ms Petinos is not accused of wrongdoing, but ICAC is investigating a curious phone call made by fugitive property developer Jean Nassif, who&#8217;s accused of funding the Reformers and seeking influence in the NSW government.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"NSW Member for Miranda and Liberal Party member Eleni Petinos\" class=\"Image_image__5tFYM ContentImage_image__DQ_cq\"  src=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/australia\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/08\/a5273ee463ea0ead78ccb0aadd705803.jpeg\" loading=\"lazy\" data-component=\"Image\" data-lazy=\"true\"\/><\/p>\n<p class=\"Typography_base__sj2RP FigureCaption_text__zDxQ5 Typography_sizeMobile12__w_FPC Typography_lineHeightMobile20___U7Vr Typography_regular__WeIG6 Typography_colourInherit__dfnUx\" data-component=\"Typography\">Eleni Petinos is not accused of wrongdoing.
