Two men have been charged with murder after another man in his 20s was found dead in Western Australia’s South West.<\/p>\n
Kody Scott Pratzky, 30, and Jesse Paul Allan Diver, 33, appeared in Bunbury Magistrates Court on Monday, facing a count of murder each.<\/p>\n
They did not enter pleas and did not apply for bail.<\/p>\n
Police say paramedics were called to an unresponsive man with critical injuries at a bus stop in Australind, about 158 kilometres south of Perth, in the early hours of Sunday morning.<\/p>\n
The man was taken to Bunbury Hospital but was declared dead.<\/p>\n
Mr Pratzky and Mr Diver were arrested on Sunday.<\/p>\n

Police will allege that just after 1am an altercation occurred in a car park on The Promenade in Australind.<\/p>\n
Police say that when the 29-year-old victim walked away from the area the two accused followed him and allegedly assaulted him with a pole.<\/p>\n
On Sunday morning police had cordoned off a large section in Australind next to The Boulevard, including a car park and two bus stops, as officers combed the area.<\/p>\n
Two damaged cars could be seen from behind police tape in the car park of a shopping complex.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Friends and family of the accused were visibly upset during court proceedings.<\/p>\n
