Hosted by Hilary Fordham, wine connoisseur at Joval Wines, the afternoon pairs a four-course seasonal menu by new sous-chef Scott Webber with a selection of the winery\u2019s celebrated cool-climate wines, including sauvignon blanc, pinot noir and M3 chardonnay.
