concrete rail bridge pillar in Port Adelaide.<\/p>\n<p>Police were called to Commercial Road and Baynes Place after reports the bus had crashed into a concrete bridge support at 8.45am on Tuesday.<\/p>\n<p>The driver, a 37-year-old man from Kensington Park, was trapped in the wreckage for an hour while emergency services stabilised him at the scene.<\/p>\n<p>A 28-year-old passenger was also transported to hospital with non-life threatening injuries, while three other passengers were assessed at the scene.<\/p>\n<p>Road closures are in place, and train services along Adelaide\u2019s Outer Harbor line have been disrupted while officers inspect the extent of damage caused to the bridge.<\/p>\n<p>In a post on Facebook, South Australia&#8217;s Infrastructure and Transport Minister Joe Szakacs expressed concern for the driver and passengers.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cA serious bus crash has occurred at Commercial Road bridge, Port Adelaide,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEmergency Services are in attendance.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cMy thoughts are with the driver and impacted passengers.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Nine.com.au said emergency services remained at the scene until
