Perth Glory can confirm that Senior Academy Head Coach Joe Heath will depart the club after almost four years of dedicated service.<\/p>\n
During his time at Perth Glory, Joe has played an important role within the club\u2019s Academy program, including spending two seasons as Head Coach of the Perth Glory NPL Men\u2019s team.<\/p>\n
His work in preparing young players for the demands of professional football has been a significant part of his contribution to the club and he played a key role in the development and progression of a number of talented young players through the Academy pathway into the club\u2019s A-League Men\u2019s program, including Giovanni De Abreu and Sebastian Despotovski.<\/p>\n
An extremely hard-working and valued member of our football program, Joe\u2019s commitment, loyalty and professionalism have been exemplary, earning him the respect of players, coaches and staff alike.<\/p>\n
Joe has ambitions to continue developing his career and establish himself as a successful professional football coach and everyone at Perth Glory wishes him every success as he takes the next step in that journey.<\/p>\n
He leaves Perth Glory as a highly-valued coach, but more importantly, as a highly-valued person and a genuine friend of the club.<\/p>\n
We would like to thank Joe for his contribution, commitment and loyalty to Perth Glory and wish him and his family all the very best for the future.<\/p>\n
The club can confirm that two further PGFC Academy coaches, Diego Marin Dupre and Gianluca Murray, will also depart at the end of the current season.<\/p>\n
