Known as the Golden Triangle, the streetscape is dense and there is a high level of activation and diversity, owing to the retained heritage fabric which sits directly alongside commercial, retail and civic buildings. The proposed tower intends to reflect the density and commercial significance of this site, while minimising any potential amenity impacts on adjoining buildings. The proposal of a 40-storey tower on in the heart of the CBD demonstrates the proposal \u201cmakes efficient use of City Centre Land by accommodating high density development\u201d.<\/p>\n
