The truth comes out eventually. Appreciate the real ones who’ve had my back.”

Clark then escalated the matter, and took Perth Flying Squadron Yacht Club to the Supreme Court of WA, alleging he suspected they leaked CCTV of his yacht leaving and returning to its pen on the day of the speeding claims.

On Thursday, however, Justice Craig Bydder dismissed a pre-action discovery application after finding that the club did not disclose any CCTV footage.

“There must, however, be some tangible backing or objective foundation that takes the existence of the cause of action beyond a mere allegation,” he ruled.

Mr Clark is described as a self-made property investment millionaire.

Read related topics:Perth

A millionaire mining boss has lost a Supreme Court battle against a Perth yacht club after he was…

[7
132035,96916,132019,132052,79573,37642,132054,132032,56793,132018,132034,132022,132043,132029,36282,37670,132017,132028,201,36264,12842,132026,3115,132014,132016,132046,132055,132025,132024,122732,132058,132059,132027,132051,132045,132037,132036,132020,132015,132041,67117,48780,132042,379,132031,132047,132056,335,132030,132057,132033,132021,132044,8961,63718,38764,40466,37275,39770,132023,47888,36756,132049,36600,48432,37516,132048,52322,132038,132050,132060,132053,87830,38234,132013,38813,7444,132040,3735,132039
post-82671","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","category-perth","tag-st-hole","tag-s-management","tag-s-swan-river","tag-a-brighter-note","tag-a-court-battle","tag-a-meeting","tag-a-mere-allegation","tag-a-millionaire-mining-boss","tag-a-new-home","tag-a-perth-yacht-club","tag-a-pre-action-discovery-application","tag-a-self-made-property-investment-millionaire","tag-a-supreme-court-battle","tag-a-yacht-club","tag-action","tag-an-email","tag-any-cctv-footage","tag-aquarama","tag-cctv","tag-clark","tag-club","tag-damaged-boats","tag-days","tag-east-fremantle-yacht-club","tag-enigma","tag-february-9","tag-his-72-foot-vessel","tag-his-72-foot-yacht","tag-his-boat","tag-his-facebook","tag-his-huge-yacht","tag-his-membership","tag-his-yacht","tag-its-pen","tag-jetties-and-snapped-piles","tag-justice-craig-bydder","tag-large-swells","tag-may-25","tag-mining-boss-blasts","tag-mining-boss-brendan-clark","tag-mr-clark","tag-my-back","tag-my-girl-enigma","tag-newswire-news","tag-numerous-complaints","tag-objective-foundation","tag-other-boats","tag-perth","tag-perth-flying-squadron-yacht-club","tag-perth-yacht-club","tag-similar-bullsht","tag-some-tangible-backing","tag-speeding-complaints","tag-supreme-court","tag-the-accusations","tag-the-allegations","tag-the-alleged-incident","tag-the-cause","tag-the-club","tag-the-club-infrastructure","tag-the-damage","tag-the-day","tag-the-east-fremantle-yacht-club","tag-the-evening","tag-the-existence","tag-the-matter","tag-the-mining-boss","tag-the-ordeal","tag-the-perth-flying-squadron-yacht-club","tag-the-real-ones","tag-the-st-hole","tag-the-speeding-claims","tag-the-subject-line","tag-the-supreme-court","tag-the-swan-yacht-club","tag-the-truth","tag-thursday","tag-victory-metals-chief-executive-brendan-clark","tag-wa","tag-yacht-feud
["GET
