Credit: Supplied<\/p>\n<p class=\"css-9cqv6l-StyledPNParagraph e8utp6u0\">They visited locations including Subiaco Common, Jualbup Lake, the Subiaco Oval heritage gates, Forrest Walk and Subiaco library and museum to record demonstrations of exercises that can be done without a gym or specialised equipment.<\/p>\n<p class=\"css-9cqv6l-StyledPNParagraph e8utp6u0\">The videos offer beginner, intermediate and advanced options.<\/p>\n<p class=\"css-9cqv6l-StyledPNParagraph e8utp6u0\">Subiaco mayor David McMullen said the campaign was designed to make movement feel accessible for everyone.<\/p>\n<p class=\"css-9cqv6l-StyledPNParagraph e8utp6u0\">\u201cLords has long helped people of all ages and abilities stay active and connected,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p class=\"css-9cqv6l-StyledPNParagraph e8utp6u0\">\u201cThrough Million Moves, the team is taking that message beyond the centre and showing how many opportunities there are to move throughout Subiaco.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"css-9cqv6l-StyledPNParagraph e8utp6u0\">\u201cWe hope the campaign encourages people to try something new, make small and achievable changes, and remember that every minute of movement counts.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"css-9cqv6l-StyledPNParagraph e8utp6u0\">A new video will be shared on the Lords Facebook page and YouTube channel on Tuesdays and Thursdays during the challenge, which runs until September 21.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/australia\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/09\/943988c712bfb6f255b7b57062a90acb8b6ef9cd.jpg\" alt=\"Lords Recreation Centre staff Jake McIntyre, Jonas Gott, Megan Grieve, Rob Nicolosi, Stephania Vallejos Vasquez and Kyler Joffe.\" class=\"css-16r7l45-StyledImage en5ut4d0\"\/>Camera IconLords Recreation Centre staff Jake McIntyre, Jonas Gott, Megan Grieve, Rob Nicolosi, Stephania Vallejos Vasquez and Kyler Joffe.
