announce 2026\/27 A-League Men Fixture Changes"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Australian Professional Leagues (APL) have confirmed a number of fixture changes ahead of the upcoming 2026\/27 Isuzu UTE A-League season.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The fixtures in question are Adelaide United v Brisbane Roar, a game initially scheduled to take place on the opening weekend of the new season, as well as Wellington Phoenix\u2019s home game against Adelaide United, initially slated for Sunday, November 29.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Read on below to find out more as to why the games have been moved.<\/p>\n<p>Adelaide United v Brisbane Roar<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Following consultation in recent days, and in accordance with the APL Fixture Change Policy relative to AFC Club Competitions, Adelaide United\u2019s Round 1 fixture against Brisbane Roar has been officially rescheduled.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The match, originally scheduled for\u00a0Sunday, 18 October 2026, will now be played on\u00a0Tuesday, 15 December 2026\u00a0at\u00a0Coopers Stadium, with kick-off at\u00a07:00pm ACDT.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">With the fixture change now confirmed,\u00a0tickets for the rescheduled match are available to purchase now.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The change means Adelaide United\u2019s\u00a0first home game of the 2026\/27 A-League season will now be the Original Rivalry against Melbourne Victory in Round 4.<\/p>\n<p>Wellington Phoenix v Adelaide United<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Wellington Phoenix\u2019s home game against Adelaide United has been pushed back a week.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Nix were due to take on Adelaide at Hnry Stadium on Sunday, November 29th at 3pm.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">However, due to Adelaide\u2019s commitments in the AFC Champions League Two, the fixture has been moved to Sunday, December 6th at 3pm, still at Hnry Stadium.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The change means that the Wellington Phoenix men will now have a bye in matchweek 6 during the weekend of November 27-29th.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A ticket deal is available for the season-opening double-header at Hnry Stadium on Sunday, October 18, with two thousand tickets available\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/premier.ticketek.co.nz\/shows\/Show.aspx?sh=PHXMG127&amp;ep=PHXEB2627\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">for just $20 for an adult.<\/a><\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">General tickets for all men\u2019s and women\u2019s games this season will go on sale next Tuesday (September 8), but\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/membership.wellingtonphoenix.com\/?utm_campaign=pgpt66Nj&amp;utm_source=shareable_link\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">memberships are available
