<\/p>\nGRAYA has been selected by Economic Development Queensland (EDQ) to deliver a major mixed-use riverfront precinct at Northshore Hamilton, Brisbane.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
The developer was selected through a competitive process to develop an approximately 11,000sqm site within Northshore Hamilton, one of the remaining major riverfront development opportunities in the precinct.<\/p>\n
GRAYA has partnered with Koichi Takada Architects to develop the proposal, which is expected to respond to the site\u2019s Brisbane River frontage and subtropical climate through shaded and walkable spaces, active frontages and connections to the waterfront.<\/p>\n
The project represents another major step in GRAYA\u2019s expansion from a luxury residential builder into an integrated property business delivering multi-residential and mixed-use developments across Brisbane and the Gold Coast.<\/p>\n
