Il partagera le cockpit avec Jules Gounon, Daniel Juncadella et Lucas Auer, un \u00e9quipage exp\u00e9riment\u00e9 qui encadrera les d\u00e9buts du N\u00e9erlandais en comp\u00e9tition d\u2019endurance r\u00e9elle. Un avant-go\u00fbt avant d&rsquo;aller aux 24 Heures du Mans ?\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Max Verstappen n\u2019a jamais cach\u00e9 son int\u00e9r\u00eat pour les grandes classiques de l\u2019endurance, et notamment les 24 Heures du Mans. Cette apparition au N\u00fcrburgring s\u2019inscrit donc dans une trajectoire plus large, o\u00f9 l\u2019hypoth\u00e8se d\u2019un programme Hypercar reste cr\u00e9dible \u00e0 moyen terme, selon l\u2019\u00e9volution de son engagement en F1.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019arriv\u00e9e de Ford dans la cat\u00e9gorie Hypercar constitue d\u2019ailleurs un \u00e9l\u00e9ment structurant de ce sc\u00e9nario, d\u2019autant que les relations entre Verstappen et l\u2019univers Ford se sont renforc\u00e9es \u00e0 travers le partenariat technique en Formule 1 avec Red Bull Ford Powertrains.<\/p>\n<p class=\"highlight\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.endurance-info.com\/auto\/article\/119041-ford-devoile-le-moteur-de-son-hypercar-et-ses-trois-premiers-pilotes\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Ford d\u00e9voile le moteur de son Hypercar et ses trois premiers pilotes<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Pr\u00e9sent \u00e0 Spa-Francorchamps pour la manche WEC, Mark Rushbrook, directeur global de Ford Racing, a confirm\u00e9 l\u2019existence de discussions avec le pilote n\u00e9erlandais : \u00ab Nous avons eu ces discussions avec Max depuis un bon moment. Il semble enthousiaste et int\u00e9ress\u00e9 par le programme. Cela pourrait \u00eatre avant [sa retraite], selon les calendriers et ce qui se passe. \u00bb<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab Nous aimons sa passion, poursuit Rushbrook. Nous aimons le fait qu\u2019il soit un comp\u00e9titeur, que ce soit en simulation ou autre. Cela ne fait que le rendre meilleur. \u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Pour l\u2019heure, l\u2019engagement au N\u00fcrburgring reste une exp\u00e9rience isol\u00e9e mais en faire plus va au-del\u00e0 de la simple sp\u00e9culation, aussi bien aux 24 Heures du Mans qu&rsquo;aux 24 Heures de Spa.
