Ce projet de vaste centre commercial, sur une friche d\u00e9saffect\u00e9e en bordure du Ring, a connu une longue saga judiciaire et subi une virulente fronde avant d&rsquo;\u00eatre remani\u00e9 dans une nouvelle version, baptis\u00e9e Broeklin.<\/p>\n<p class=\"ap-StoryElement ap-StoryElement--mb ap-StoryText\">Apr\u00e8s un calendrier maintes fois remani\u00e9, les promoteurs assurent cet \u00e9t\u00e9 encore que le centre devrait ouvrir en 2028. Au troisi\u00e8me trimestre, plus pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment. Des premiers travaux pr\u00e9paratoires ont notamment d\u00e9but\u00e9 en ce d\u00e9but ao\u00fbt.<\/p>\n<p class=\"ap-StoryElement ap-StoryElement--mb ap-StoryText\">En juin dernier, la date d&rsquo;ouverture avait pourtant \u00e9t\u00e9 report\u00e9e \u00e0 2029. \u00c0 ce moment, les promoteurs annon\u00e7aient rechercher de nouveaux investisseurs et des capitaux suppl\u00e9mentaires.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.lalibre.be\/belgique\/2026\/08\/05\/des-riverains-sopposent-a-linstallation-dun-centre-fedasil-a-uccle-NXNXMT44RZDTNEV6WTNVPV7X4A\/\" target=\"_self\" class=\"ap-StoryInterstitialLink ap-StoryElement ap-StoryElement--mb\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">Des riverains s&rsquo;opposent \u00e0 l&rsquo;installation d&rsquo;un centre Fedasil \u00e0 Uccle<\/a><\/p>\n<p class=\"ap-StoryElement ap-StoryElement--mb ap-StoryText\">\u00ab\u00a0Le projet est en tout cas r\u00e9alisable et l&rsquo;\u00e9quipe d&rsquo;Uplace travaille d&rsquo;arrache-pied \u00e0 sa commercialisation. Le nouveau financement par augmentation de capital est le sc\u00e9nario privil\u00e9gi\u00e9. D&rsquo;autres solutions sont bien s\u00fbr \u00e9galement envisageables\u00a0\u00bb, nous assurait alors Thomas Roelens, Head of Corporate Finance chez KBC Securities.<\/p>\n<p>Plus de 3.000 emplois cr\u00e9\u00e9s<\/p>\n<p class=\"ap-StoryElement ap-StoryElement--mb ap-StoryText\">Sur le terrain de 12,5 hectares, \u00e0 deux pas de la gare de Buda et de la fronti\u00e8re bruxelloise, sont pr\u00e9vus 55.000 m\u00b2 de retail, 25.000 m\u00b2 de bureaux, 11.500 m\u00b2 d&rsquo;horeca, 12.500 m\u00b2 de loisirs, une salle de spectacle et une ferme urbaine de 3.000 m\u00b2.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.lalibre.be\/regions\/bruxelles\/2026\/08\/03\/une-bagarre-dans-un-cafe-a-molenbeek-fait-deux-blesses-plusieurs-suspects-prives-de-liberte-J72XYST5AJCQJGAGC55HQJVQAY\/\" target=\"_self\" class=\"ap-StoryInterstitialLink ap-StoryElement ap-StoryElement--mb\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">Une bagarre dans un caf\u00e9 \u00e0 Molenbeek fait deux bless\u00e9s, plusieurs suspects priv\u00e9s de libert\u00e9<\/a><\/p>\n<p class=\"ap-StoryElement ap-StoryElement--mb ap-StoryText\">Peu de d\u00e9tails \u00e0 ce stade sur les magasins qui seront pr\u00e9sents. Les promoteurs promettent de \u00ab\u00a0l&rsquo;originalit\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb ainsi que des grandes marques. 3.242 emplois directs sont annonc\u00e9s sur le site.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\"
