Avec l&rsquo;arriv\u00e9e de ce premier \u00ab\u00a0train\u00a0\u00bb de voitures, la plateforme logistique reprend donc enfin tout son sens. En effet, si le \u00ab\u00a0rail\u00a0\u00bb avait \u00e9t\u00e9 mis en fonction d\u00e8s 2020 sur le site, \u00ab\u00a0la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 \u00e9conomique\u00a0\u00bb avait conduit \u00e0 un \u00ab\u00a0stand by ferroviaire\u00a0\u00bb sur la plateforme, depuis fin 2024 nous pr\u00e9cise-t-on au port.<\/p>\n<p class=\"ap-StoryElement ap-StoryElement--mb ap-StoryText\">\u00ab\u00a0Il a donc fallu d\u00e9broussailler la voie pour ce retour attendu\u00a0\u00bb, se r\u00e9jouit-on au port. Pour rappel, le Trilogiport marque le terminus d&rsquo;une ligne passant par Kinkempois, Bressoux, l&rsquo;\u00eele Monsin et\u2026 Chertal.<\/p>\n<p class=\"ap-StoryElement ap-StoryElement--mb ap-StoryText\">\u00ab\u00a0La remise en service de la ligne de chemin de fer vers Li\u00e8ge Trilogiport est un \u00e9l\u00e9ment crucial de la vision strat\u00e9gique du Port autonome de Li\u00e8ge. Durant cette derni\u00e8re ann\u00e9e, le Port autonome de Li\u00e8ge a ainsi \u0153uvr\u00e9, ensemble avec le Service public de Wallonie, Infrabel et Novandi afin de permettre \u00e0 nouveau l&rsquo;arriv\u00e9e des trains \u00e0 Li\u00e8ge Trilogiport et de rendre ce trac\u00e9 ferroviaire \u00e0 nouveau op\u00e9rationnel\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>1 train = 40 camions<\/p>\n<p class=\"ap-StoryElement ap-StoryElement--mb ap-StoryText\">Puisque le contrat pr\u00e9voit donc le passage d&rsquo;un train par semaine, on comprend que ce \u00ab\u00a0train de voitures\u00a0\u00bb illustre pleinement la vocation du Trilogiport comme zone logistique \u00ab\u00a0eau-rail-route\u00a0\u00bb. \u00ab\u00a0Situ\u00e9e au c\u0153ur des corridors europ\u00e9ens, la plate-forme permet de g\u00e9rer des flux tout en r\u00e9duisant significativement l&#8217;empreinte carbone du transport. Chaque train de v\u00e9hicules repr\u00e9sente l&rsquo;\u00e9quivalent de 40 camions retir\u00e9s de nos routes, selon la capacit\u00e9 du convoi. Avec un train par semaine, ce sont donc plus de 2.000 camions par an qui pourront \u00eatre \u00e9vit\u00e9s, contribuant \u00e0 la fluidit\u00e9 du trafic routier et \u00e0 la r\u00e9duction des \u00e9missions de CO\u2082\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p class=\"ap-StoryElement ap-StoryElement--mb ap-StoryText\">Pour Yves Demeffe, Directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral a.i. du Port autonome de Li\u00e8ge : \u00ab\u00a0Le lancement de cette nouvelle connexion marque une nouvelle \u00e9tape dans notre d\u00e9veloppement.
