Le g\u00e9ant de l\u2019ameublement a affirm\u00e9 que l\u2019Espagnole avait fait profiter un membre de sa famille de sa r\u00e9duction personnelle \u00e0 sept reprises entre mars\u00a02023 et juin\u00a02024. La salari\u00e9e, qui travaillait pour l\u2019enseigne <a href=\"https:\/\/www.20minutes.fr\/dossier\/suede\" class=\"c-link c-link--is-underlined\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">su\u00e9doise<\/a> depuis pr\u00e8s de 20 ans au moment de son <a href=\"https:\/\/www.20minutes.fr\/dossier\/licenciement\" class=\"c-link c-link--is-underlined\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">licenciement<\/a>, a assur\u00e9 avoir effectu\u00e9 les achats en question pour elle-m\u00eame. Elle avait contest\u00e9 la d\u00e9cision d\u2019Ikea devant la justice.<\/p>\n<p>Un premier jugement lui avait donn\u00e9 tort \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9t\u00e9\u00a02025, avant que l\u2019ex-employ\u00e9e ne fasse appel. Elle a de nouveau \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9bout\u00e9e par le Tribunal sup\u00e9rieur de justice (TSJ) de Murcie r\u00e9cemment. Ce dernier a consid\u00e9r\u00e9 que le licenciement \u00e9tait justifi\u00e9 et que la plaignante ne recevrait aucune indemnit\u00e9.
